All returns must be postmarked within 30 days of order date. We offer express tracked pre-paid returns for a £15 fee (deducted from final refund) or self-postage returns at own cost.
We ask that you wear underwear when first trying-on your purchase, as we reserve the right to refuse returns that show any signs of wear. Products must be returned unworn, unwashed, in their original condition and with all tags and liners attached.
Items marked final sale are not eligible for return.

How can I find the correct size of my product?

How can i check the status of my order?
As soon as you have completed your order, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your order details. Our team will then be working extremely quickly to get this order picked and packed and sent out to you.
Once this has been dispatched, you’ll receive an email notifying you of this (within 24 hours) with a 'VIEW AND TRACK YOUR ORDER' button included.
If you click this link, you'll be taken to a page where you'll find your tracking number and courier. You can then use this tracking number on the courier's website for accurate updates!
Your tracking will continue to update as your parcel makes its way to you.
I selected the wrong size/colour/Address. how the information be changed?
If you need to change your order information, please contact us in time to check the status of your order. If your package has not been sent out, we can change the size, colour or your personal information for you.Once the package has been sent out, you need to contact our customer service and we will contact the carrier to check whether the package information can be changed. I'm in between sizes. what should I do?
Our shapewear is designed to slim and smooth, so picking a size too small will cause bulges and discomfort.
Size depends on your measurements, so be sure to measure your bust, waist and hips before placing an order. We have size chart in every product page. You can check it for more details. It's smaller than the normal size. So it's recommended to buy one size larger for the best fit.
